Biography
Over the past 20 years, President and Owner Mary Kay Conley has worked in a variety
of industries in generalist, compensation and benefits, management, and consulting
roles. Her experience includes:
- Developing and implementing base, variable and executive compensation plans for
public, private or ESOP-held companies.
- Designing and implementing welfare and retirement benefits plans including self-funded
medical plans, defined contribution and defined benefit plans, and employee stock
purchase plans.
- Managing compensation and benefit vendors and managing processes to select vendors.
Vendors include third party administrators, insurance carriers, retirement plan
administrators, investment managers and trustees.
- Administering compensation and benefits plans.
- Conducting compensation and benefits training for human resource professionals and
other employees.
Education
Mary Kay holds a master of science degree in human resource management from the
Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University and a bachelor of arts
degree in organizational communication from Purdue University. She has earned the
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and the Certified Benefits Professional
(CBP) designations from World at Work (formerly the American Compensation Association).
